An update on our commitment to you and how to book with us.
As the world continues to slowly open up and recover from the impacts of Covid-19, Viagem Hospitality Group will be taking extra care and will remain closed to new reservations from the general public until the end of summer, at minimum; our Douro and Arrifana properties will remain closed through winter.
We have made this decision to ensure that our properties have reduced and low occupancy so that existing guests can easily and comfortably rebook. We are also holding these properties for those impacted by Covid-19 hardships.
Existing Reservations and Re-bookings
If you have an existing reservation with us and need to re-book, we ask that you provide us 48 hours notice of any adjustments to your reservation. Please email us at reservations@viagemhg.com.
